The marina will provide fuel and water refueling, electricity and communications. Yachts up to 300 m long can also be moored here.
On a plot of 6500 square meters, it is planned to build a two-story building with a total area of 327 square meters.
The future building should be designed in accordance with the environment and the use of local stone, wood and glass, so as not to damage the view of the Old Town.
The authorities of Kotor believe that due to the proximity of the marina to the Old Town and World Heritage Sites, it will become an attractive place for tourists. This, in turn, will affect the increase in income and the development of sea tourism.
