The founder and president of the Ukrainian company Liko Holding and the investor of the project, Igor Lisov, said that construction will begin in the last quarter of this year.
According to Lisov, this project is interesting both in terms of architecture and in terms of attracting investments to this region. In addition to this project, Lisov spoke with representatives of the municipality of Bar about a public-private partnership, so it is also planned to invest in sports infrastructure, primarily through the construction of a swimming pool.
“It is very important that the younger generation has the opportunity to develop through sports. This speaks of the health of the nation, the future of the state, and I am very glad that we have found mutual understanding with the President of the Bar Association. In addition to this complex, we will also build a water park, where there will be sports bases for various types of water sports, ”said Lisov, adding that the implementation of this project will make Bar more economically attractive city.
For 30 years, Lisov headed a company that has implemented a number of projects in Ukraine, such as the construction of schools, kindergartens, medical and sports facilities. His company is recognized as a leader among construction and development companies and is a laureate of the most prestigious construction award in Ukraine "IBuild".
