The floors in the third bedroom are made of high-class parquet. All balcony doors and windows are made in a three-layer combination of wood-aluminum. Particular attention was paid to a perfectly functioning roof and wall waterproofing system.
The villa is surrounded by neighboring exclusive large villas, and the main road through the village is completely renovated, laid in 2019. The villa is surrounded by a mountain range on the north side, covered with Mediterranean vegetation, and on the south side there is a stunning view of the sea and the Budva Riviera - from Sveti Stefan, right up to the beach of Mogren.
