We offer for sale an ancient, unique, historical palace on the first line of the sea, in the village of Dobrota. The palace was built in the late 18th century and is considered one of the most famous palaces in Montenegro. The palace belonged to the Tripkovic family in the 18th century. It is a little offshore and elevated. The tribal coat of arms of Tripkovich is built into the defensive wall of the palace. In front of the palace is its own, small pier with a platform that belongs to the palace. Behind the palace are gardens. The palace was built of Korculan stone, the total area is 1150m2, on a plot of 1500m2. Four levels, 3 garages and parking for several cars. The property is registered as a cultural heritage.
